Ground Baby Pills?
South Korea has seized thousands of black market pills filled with powdered flesh from dead Chinese babies. According to the Korea Customs Service, the pills were manufactured somewhere in northeastern China from “babies whose bodies were chopped into small pieces and dried on stoves before being turned into powder and smuggled into Seoul.”
“Customs officials refused to say where the dead babies came from or who made the capsules, citing possible diplomatic friction with Beijing. Chinese officials ordered an investigation into the production of drugs made from dead fetuses or newborns last year” said Hyung-Jin Kim of The Associated Press
According to the AP, Korean customs has discovered 35 smuggling attempts since August of last year containing roughly 17,450 of the capsules disguised and intended for use as stamina boosters.
